Former commander of the 821 Secundee Riflemen Elite Brigade, Major Harris Keldran had been settled on the world of Sarpiento in payment for his services before drama caught him. Once the officer of one of the most elite brigade of the Imperial Guard, Inquisitorial operatives recruited him in an operation where Harris battled a squad of Word Bearers chaos Space Marines. Because of bad bureaucracy, he wasn’t executed after exposure to such dark truth and the major, sole survivor of his unit, resumed his operations with his regiment. It is only years after his retirement as a settler that...
Introduction: Since Daemons are supposed to be the quintessence of horror and the incomprehensible and not just mere foes supposedly hard to kill, these rules have been made with, in mind, the theme of madness, utter destruction of the soul and the fact that players, whatever their level, should be fearful of encountering daemons for more than just their stats. Daemonic Presence: Daemonic presence is a willpower test, affected by the daemon's baneful presence and other maluses to willpower that normally apply. A daemonic presence test is made at the GM's discretion,...
The GM-Kit for the 2nd edition of DarkHeresy(tm) included an adventure module named Desolation of the Dead. As it was often the case with DH missions, it included sections where the GM was encouraged to add his or her own encounter in order to add some more flesh to the bones. I enjoyed doing so, even for adventures that I have never played myself as a GM. Luckily, Desolation of the Dead was an exception to this rules (I actually have played it once), and I decided to polish my old notes and FFG-Forum posts to release them as a free fanware supplement. Enjoy!
An extensive fan source book for Black Crusade. It contains alternate corruption rules, expanding talents, new talents, post 100 Corruption rules, and revised Daemon Prince Rules. Lastly, it contains rules for Daemon Armor and expanded rules for Exotic Weapons. I hope you enjoy and if you see any errors or would like to provide constructive feedback, please message me through this site.
When an unknown client approached the techpriests of Niva Gustav and commanded them to make "Like, an Autocannon, right? But I wanna be able to hold it in my hand. And it'd be silent. Like, ptew ptew boom, right? Awesome", they leaped to the challenge, and the result was the Nivabelcher. A marvel of compact machining and dangerous stupidity, the Nivabelcher fires a reduced-charge autocannon round from a barrel barely longer than the shell, surrounded by heavy baffles to reduce its noise output and equipped with a series of magnetic accelerator coils to maintain shell velocity. In order to...
Unattainable by normal channels, the Boomstick is, in essence, a Sergian Spear Gun that has had its barrel cut down until it can be cut no more. While considerably lighter and easier to handle, using such a heavy rifle without a barrel to mitigate recoil is as dangerous to the wielder as it is to the target...almost.
An ancient and venerable design, the spear gun is in fact a collapsible anti-tank rifle that found widespread use on the worlds of Sub-sector Sergia. The spear gun is as cumbersome as it is powerful - a Sergian is only considered an adult when they are capable of wielding a spear gun reliably. While ubiquitous in its native Sub-sector, the spear gun rarely finds use use offworld; even by Sergian Guard regiments. However, you'd be hard-pressed to find a Sergian chimera or valkyrie that doesn't have one stowed away...just in case.
